Hi Everyone,

First let me thank you for kind comments regarding my recent image posted as LBN999. I have obtained more RGB data and reprocessed the image. My total image time is now 12.25 hours!!! Here's the breakdown:

(HaR)RGB (525,60):50:50:50 minutes. The RGB data was binned x 2.

The color is brighter and the color noise better suppressed. I think I maxed out the imaging time. What I need now is that BRC-300 for larger aperture!!!

Cheers,

hi,

One heck of a job on this very dim object. I think it's a great image.

Clear skies,

I can't get over what a beautiful object that you've found there, Tom.
It's got just about everything: emission nebulae, reflection nebulae, strong dust lanes, and stunning gaseous shapes. This reworked image is noticeably better, too. Many thanks for pulling my coat to this object.

Amazing detail Thomas!
Looks like quite a difficult target, and you've managed to get it in all it's glory!

Thank you!
