hi,

It's finally cleared up so perhaps I can get some new images soon. In the meantime I'm still reprocessing old ones. Here's an image of the eastern veil NGC6995 HaRGB taken with a Televue Genesis at f5 and a st8e. 120:20;20:20 mins exposure. Processed in MaximDL ver 4 ( including pixel value specific hi and low pass filtering ) and PaintshopPro for some zonal unsharpmasking.

clear skies,

Larry Citro

Nice shot Larry!

I've never seen the Veil, specially thanks to my BEAUTIFULLY LIGHT POLLUTED SKIES! wink

Can't wait to go back to Dark Skies and try it!
Thanks for sharing!

Nice one, Larry, and better than my version with longer exposures! Was this shot at a dark site?

Nice work Larry! It's a beautiful image.
