Another Saturn.

Hello everyone,

I'm still slowly processing the many avis I took a few nights ago of both the gas giants. So far it seems that Jupiter won't come out good at all. But I have another Saturn image that I judge not as good as the one in the previous post, but I'll post it anyway. I have a doubt regarding Registax processing. When choosing a feature for alignment on Saturn I chose the Cassini division: is it a correct choice or is there a better one?

I'd love the usual feedback from anyone who'll want to take the time to comment.

Thanks everybody

Luca

Luca,

I think that this is a great image! I dont think
there is much difference between the two.

I also chose the Cassini division as the alignment guide
in registax (I used the largest alignment box - 256 pixels).

Keep up the nice work.

Luca,

Thanks again for you comments. I would like
to find time to improve the image, but time
is not something I have a lot of!

Although this is my first webcam Saturn, I did
start the webcam leaning curve a few months ago
with Mars. Saturn seems to be much easier!

Merry Xmas!

Joe
