Jim,

Very good resolution. What equipment did you use to scan the negatives?

Is it a combination of two exposures, one on Provia 400 and one on E200? The color seems quite purple. My experience is that E200 has more red response? Is the Provia very blue? I have a roll of it I'd like to use if the skies clear.

I use a imacon drum scanner. On my monitor I use a monaco color system to read and write a profile for my monitor you won't beleive the diffrence in color from windows profiles and monitor profiles. this is done to a set standard. On some monitors it looks very purple. E200 is very red I used it to give ha more depth the provia is a very color balanced film. adjusting icc profile change with monitors is very time intensive. That is the biggest reason of why what you see isn,t what you get. in digital photo's
