Brown Weasel with a Meadow Vole

Hi all. I stumbled across a brown weasel carrying a dead meadow vole and managed to get pics of the weasel with and without the vole. Here is the with photo....

... and here is the image without the vole. I hope you enjoy these images. I spend loads of time outside and rarely see these beautiful little animals, to say nothing of actually getting an image.

Those are spectacular images Tyler. How do you identify the weasel's victim as a vole? Not knowing any better, I'm sure I would just think it was a field mouse, if I were lucky enough to see such an elusive creature and his prey at all.
