Alright, I think I can definitely stump you with this one! Can you identify this car?

How can I reach these keeeds? 8O O.K., here is a new clue. I should note that I had to find a picture of another car (same make and model) on the internet. I've only know what the covered car is because the tropical storm blew the cover up.
