Stevens 14.5" f/4.3
Protostar 2.6" secondary
Webster Telescopes mirror cell
Argo Navis DSC and 10,000 tic encoders

Wow! Really nice scope. I particularly like the Obsession style arc altitude bearings. Did you make those yourself?

[COLOR="Purple"]She's a beauty Jim! Post a "first light" report for sure...here, there...anywhere. Just let us know where it is.

I'd suggest one addition for your scope, based on how well it works on mine and on others scopes: Dark heat shrink on the truss tubes. Makes them dark, feels better on the hands than bare metal and keeps the poles from "clanking" so much in transit. I can't imagine anything else on my truss tubes now.

Here's a pic of the shrink being applied to a tube.
