Anyone know the name of this movie.I saw it as the drivein back in the late 60's/Use to be on are local sat night sci-fi monster movie show.About a guy who I think gets sea wreck and washes ashore in the lost city of Atlantis.Ruled by a Roman Type goverment but advance.He gets sent to a work prison like rock quarry.Where they turn men into half animal and man,They have like a Bull like head.Then the volcano errupts.Their is also a laser beam weapon.It was a pretty neat movie.HELP
