I posted a mechanical drawing of the typical Vixen dovetail dimensions, taken from a well-made GSO specimen:

This may be of interest to those interested in fabricating dovetails or receptacles. Precision fabrication requires using dowel pins as a pitch gauge, to measure the pitch width, as diagrammed on the drawing.
The dimensions are taken from a reverse-engineered specimen, since I couldn't find any specification from Vixen as an authoritative standard, and information found online doesn't properly indicate the critical pitch width specification.
