I dropped off my absentee ballot at the city clerk today. Early in person voting was going on in the council chambers and there were a lot of people voting. No real line, but I'd say there were 20 people going through the process of voting when I peeked in. I predict a heavy turnout, at least here in Michigan, probably bigger than the 2020 election. Hope that's true for the whole country. 

I always vote absentee, at least since 2020. I don't stand in line at the SOS (DMV), either, and make an appointment when I have business to do there. I'd rather spend the time I used to stand in line to do something else.
