Outdoor Studio

My step-daughter likes to draw and carries a sketchbook everywhere she goes. We were in South Mountain Park in Phoenix and she found a shady place to sit while the rest of us took to a nature trail. I liked how the sunlight reflected off the sketchbook and illuminated her face a bit.

Great Plains?

Does anyone know anything about the Great Plains Star Party in eastern Kansas? Can't find anything recent about it. Has it gone defunct? sad

Quick Question

Posted By Christine Canelos Welsh

Okay, so we’ve gone from a trinity of terror, to a fearsome foursome, and now it appears we have a quintet of quaestors.

Tell me, do you guys have to have a quorum before quashing the querulous? Is there a quo warranto process if one of you gets too quick-tempered and starts quenching threads too quickly?

By the way Eric, not to quibble after you’ve already apologized, but I too found the quacksalver about your quasi-judicial position quite questionable. Your quest to quell the qualms notwithstanding, your statements, que modo, left me queasy.

Phew. I feel a little queer. Help me Dr. Gage, I think I need a Quaalude or something!

Seen on a billboard....

...the weirdest anti-abortion message I've seen yet:

"Abortion - 80 million babies that will never pay into Social Security"

Huh? Well gosh, that's going to change a lot of minds....

Your Zen for the Day
