Let's see those pet pics!

Uh-huh.....

We had just come back from a long walk on a dewy morning in my dad's prairie. She found some nice dry dirt to roll in.

Skipper

Beautiful!! May I use this for my wallpaper? Love the purple - asters are my favorite fall flower. The iridescence (sp?) on the skipper is neat too.

Wow! Not only the right place at the right time, but spot-on focusing (pun intended) and beautiful depth!

The Dog From Beyond?

Probably nothing more remarkable than hungry coyotes sizing up the "food or foe" probability when presented with a pack of two-leggeds. Coyotes are gradually becoming less shy of people and discovering the food potential in the middens left behind by humans, which is why they are seen more often in populated areas these days.

Now if that had been a three-legged coyote, that would have given me paws, er...pause. wink

She IS cute - I like the fetching way she is waiving the tip of her tail. wink

Seriously, that is an awesome shot, Steve! I'd like to hear some more details about her too.
