Hi Harry,
They're everywhere. We have a small clan that lives in a small undeveloped "wildlife preserve" only a few acres in size across the reservoir from us that is completely surrounded by suburban housing. They survive mainly on the rabbits that abound in the neighborhoods, plus an occasional cat. The one in your photo looks particularly well-fed.
