Shoot the Moon

Posted By Ronnie Warner

I really enjoy looking at the moon in the late afternoon. The contrast isn't so harsh, and it gives me something to do while waiting for the stars to come out. This is a different spin on a subject you have seen before. I have been wanting to inject some color. After MANY failures, I got lucky a couple of hours before dark today.

Bird of a different feather

This mantis keeps showing up on my hummingbird feeder and driving the birds nuts. It looks about as big as the hummers. Ronnie Warner
