In all honesty i think there is very little in it. Both seem excellent (from my own experience the Lumenera is superb.)

Hi Paul,

Very nice, especially the recent Mars. You caught the bright limb haze, and also clouds over Mare Acidallium. All lookin pretty dust free over there...lets hope it stays largely that way smile

Fly over Lunar image

Thats a lovely orbiter style image. Lunar shot take on a whole different perspective and charm when the dark sky is visible above the surface near the limb...

That brings back my memory of that great day. I recall seeing that large prominence....over a century since it last happened and the weather on the day was perfect from start to finish...it can all go right sometimes smile

Hi Wes,

Great resolution as always. My thoughts would be, a lower EFL to get more surrounding terrian in, or a mosiac. Also, the very bright edges of the frame could be cropped (caused by sharpening.)

Overall though, another crater thats been well and truely "starmastered" smile

Ganymede in Transit

Lovely well processed shots. Galileo Regio is clear on Ganymede.

During my three week trip, i never had one transit of that Moon much to my dissapointment (only Io and Europa were seen.) You cant have everything i guess smile
