Maybe Bill can offer comedy relief to the hospital staffs in Idaho and Utah, right after they watch the anti-vaxxers on Fox...

And now the Quota filling will begin, as Biden checks all his boxes..

Black women make up 7% of society, and so automatically 93% of the competition is eliminated right off the bat (even more than that since Biden will never pick a conservative black woman).

When Justice Barrett was up for nomination, she wasn't ONLY going against 7% of all other applicants.

When Justice Thomas was up for nomination, he wasn't ONLY going against 7% of all other applicants.

Those are 2 facts there that you can't deny.

They were up against the entire judiciary out there.   wink

Lol! Mitch McConnell called Trump at midnight on the day Ginsburg died and told him that he had to nominate Amy. So much for any altruistic rationale on the part of the Republican party...

So what?  And secondly, who told you that?  I'm curious. Were is your evidence?  Who else was on the call?  CNN rumors don't cut it, and the fact is that Mitch McConnell could give him any suggestion he likes.

The fact remains that Barrett had to prove herself.  Donald Trump didn't say on the campaign trail "I am going to pick a White, Christian, Woman to fill a SC seat".

I was pulling for Barrett first over Kavanaugh and I was disappointed that he didn't pick Barrett.

The FACT remains that the idiot in chief diminished the qualifications by saying "First and foremost, the central qualification and criteria I am going to use is that I pick a woman, and that woman must be black"

Her judicial qualifications are secondary.

.
Lol with your usual and customary "so what" BS! Barrett was a purely political appointment and not based upon her judicial qualifications as being primary:
"Josh Holmes, former chief of staff to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), said in a new documentary that the Republican leader urged President Trump to nominate Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court on the night Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died."
Holmes, who previously served as chief of staff to McConnell from 2010 to 2013, made the comments in a new "Frontline" documentary premiering Tuesday. The project, dubbed “Supreme Revenge: Battle for the Court,” will look at how the nation’s highest court has transformed over the years."
"According to an excerpt from the documentary, McConnell contacted Trump shortly after Ginsburg’s death on Friday, Sept. 18."
“McConnell told [Trump] two things,” Holmes said. “McConnell said, 'First, I’m going to put out a statement that says we’re going to fill the vacancy.' Second, he said, 'You’ve gotta nominate Amy Coney Barrett.'”
"After Ginsburg's death, reports emerged that the late judge said just days before that her “most fervent wish” is her seat not be filled before a new president takes office.""My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed," her granddaughter said the judge said in a statement."
"Eight days after the death of Ginsburg, Trump nominated Barrett to fill the liberal justice’s seat on the court."
"The nomination, which came just weeks before the November election, was met with immediate praise from conservatives given her views."

The rates ought to be low at least until the major drivers in inflation, car manufacturers and their prices for cars, can get their supply chain back up and running with chips that they need. The president of China, whom Trump praises and admires, wants the rates low because the economy there is still recovering from the pandemic.

On Holocaust Remembrance Day: Tennessee Republicans Ban Book On Holocaust

Posted By Rod Kaufman

"Art Spiegelman, who won a 1992 Pulitzer Prize for 'Maus', told CNBC that the decision was “Orwellian.”

“It shows people hanging, it shows them killing kids,” said another board member, Tony Allman, according to minutes from the board meeting posted online. (Of the roughly 6 million Jews murdered by the Nazis during the Holocaust, approximately 1.5 million were children.)
“Why does the educational system promote this kind of stuff?” Allman went on. “It is not wise or healthy.”

Do you want me to put up more?  Which party is the party of Jim Crow, of the Confederacy, of Racism, of Slavery, of Opposing and filibustering the 1957 Civil Rights bill?

Which party is the party of the Nathan Bedford Forrest's Ku Klux Klan?  Which party is the party that put forth Poll taxes to keep poor blacks from voting?

The Answer to all of those questions is YOUR Racist Leftist Democrat Party.
Spare us your righteous indignation with your old and tired reincarnations of southern democrats and their Republican heritage. And notice how the current Democrats you've cited have either been denounced or condemned and/or deleted their offensive posts. The board in focus other hand has actively carried out act the banning of a book, among others. The real playbook here is that of Steve Bannon and his minions who take the scripts that he provides and uses them to raise havoc at school board meetings even though CRT isn't taught in the district or state they happen to be in. This is the culture war effort by Bannon and others who follow him to manufacture an issue for an election. Now, this board has taken it to a new level, the actual banning of books, in this case a pulitzer prize winner...

Joe Biden had no economic plan to do anything.  What did Biden do to cause the GDP to go up, aside from throw the most money we've ever seen thrown by ANY administration in history into the economy, and then they'll tax everyone to cover those dollars that the US Didn't have but that Joe Biden's treasury just printed.

Nothing to back up the money, just print it and it will magically pay itself off.

This is the direct reason we have the MASSIVE inflation that we have.  You don't get anything.

I am a Tax and Spend Liberal.  You should be wearing a hat and a shirt with that saying tatooed across your fat forehead as well.
We didn't have a recession under Biden but we had one under Trump so don't continue down another false path with your usual and customary diatribe.
