Another Wyoming Pipeline Spill: 45000 Gallons Of Diesel

Posted By Rod Kaufman

Caused by a crack in a weld:
"True companies have a history of spills and federal prosecutors alleged in May that Bridger Pipeline representatives had concealed issues with a pipeline that broke beneath the Yellowstone River in 2015."
"The break spewed more than 50,000 gallons of crude into the river and fouled the city of Glendive's drinking water supply."

Davis can't gets his documents straight since the search warrant was already released, as James has already explained by noting Trump's antics in doing so, and it's the warrant affidavit that remains sealed for the good reasons that James as also explained but Davis can't comprehend.
Thus:
"While the Justice Department did not oppose the release of the search warrant last week, the department argued Monday in a court filing to the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida that the affidavit should remain sealed "to protect the integrity of an ongoing law enforcement investigation that implicates national security."
"A judge will make the final decision about whether the affidavit should be unsealed."

It is what has been done all through this sham.

Ever heard the phrase that a Grand Jury would indict a ham sandwich??

I guess not, but when you don't have much upstairs, you don't get it.

Just as the gal got up in front of the Jan 6 committee to fabricate a story that the Secret Service Agents who were there, said did not happen.

They said that she just made it all up, but yet they haven't testified have they now?  And guess what?  They never will.

And just for the record, who exactly are these Trump loyalists that are testifying?  LOL
Lol! Those are the same secret agents who won't testify under oath...

Are they not"? and the weasel's response was "well I'll tell you this much, the committee is ready to throw the doors wide open to them".

Now the fact is that Liz Cheney and the committee haven't asked them and they have made NO time available for them to testify.

Both Cheney and Kinzinger are their usual lying sacks of shit.

Both of those 2 are such f'in sleaze buckets that they won't answer the question directly, they dance and weave and parse words and facts. wink

BTW, did you hear that Cheney got literally stomped in her relection bid against the Primary Repub. Challenger?

She was squashed like the cockroach that she is.  wink

With 75% of the vote in, Cheney got less than half of the number of votes that Hageman got.  It was a slaughter and that was with all the Dems changing parties to vote for Cheney.  If they hadn't tried their sleazy trick, she would have likely got about 20%.

She is toast and she now knows that Wyoming voters hate her guts.

Bye, bye Lizzie.  See you on MSNBC.
Keeping up with cult Rich... BTW, Wyoming has over 200,000 registered Republican voters compared to around 43000 Democrats and only about 106,000 Republicans voted for the Trump-backed election denier with 99% of the precincts reporting. Not a particularly stellar voter turnout by your fellow Trump cultists in that state...

From your nonsense about the secret service agents refusing to testify under oath to your inability to accept the fact that the Republican primary turnout in the reddest state in the country was off by 80-90,000 no-shows even with a couple of thousand covid deaths accounted for, you're deep within your authoritarian cult butt-hole of which you'll never emerge. Enjoy your depths...

YOU stated:
1.
"your nonsense about the secret service agents refusing to testify under oath"

Hmm....My nonsense?  Hmm... YOU put forth the idea that they refused to testify under oath

I then immediately put up evidence of Adam Kinzinger speaking to John Karl of ABCs Sunday Show, where Karl flat out verified TO Kinzinger that the FBI agents Did agree to testify under oath, and Kinzinger had no response other than to say "they have an open invitation".
He didn't say WHEN they were going to testify, because the Jan 6 committee never put forth a slot of time for either of the agents to come and testify.  The agents were never offered up the chance to testify.

Then YOU stated:
2.  "the Republican primary turnout in the reddest state in the country was off by 80-90,000 no-shows"

Can I offer you a bit of simple advice?  When you're as dumb as you've proven to be in the past regarding 1st grade math and numbers in general, it is best to not dig yourself into a deeper hole.
YOU gave the numbers that there are 200,000 Republican voters registered in the state of Wy.  Those were the numbers that YOU gave.
So then, last night 170,000 Republican voters turned out in the REPUB primary to vote. This was the breakdown:
113,050 voted for Hageman
49,300 voted for Cheney.
8000+ others voted for the 4 other Repub candidate.

Do the math in your head moron.  That adds up to 170,000 or so, out of 200K (the number YOU provided as Registered Repubs).
So where do you come up with your moronic assertion that there were 80,000 to 90,000 NO shows?

The difference there is 30,000.  Realizing that you're among the lower if not lowest IQ citizens in this country, even you can't be this stupid..... Or can you?
Let's revisit what YOU said earlier:   "Wyoming has over 200,000 registered Republican voters compared to around 43000 Democrats".
So then, if there are a total of 243,000 registered Repubs AND Democrats in the state and it is proven that 170,000 voters voted in the Primary, out of 243,000 voters total (not including Reg. Ind.) then where do you come up with your moronic idiocy that 90,000 REPUB voters were NO shows?
200,000 Repubs - 170,000 voting Repubs = 30,000..

So explain, where are the MISSING 90,000 Repubs?  85% voted in the Primary.
I have to just say that when you're a mathematically illiterate Moron, its best to keep your pie hole shut rather than exposing to the entire world what a complete idiot you truly are.   wink
You're just plain wrong about the secret service agents and if you read and comprehend my post about the Republicans who showed up to "only about 106,000 Republicans voted for the Trump-backed election denier with 99% of the precincts reporting " then you'll', by some miracle, finally get it...
PS: "A retired Washington, D.C. cop who was in Donald Trump’s motorcade on January 6, 2021, says the then-president “adamantly” wanted to go to the Capitol during the riot. Mark Robinson’s comments during an interview with CNN on Monday night bolster testimony previously given to the House select committee investigating the insurrection by White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson, who said Trump became “irate” when his security team told him he couldn’t go to the Capitol during the attack.""Had the motorcade responded to the Capitol, I think, would’ve just been far worse. I think it would have probably encouraged more rioting.”'
