Seeing was pretty good and I was able to get a couple good images of Mars last
night. Has the South Polar Cap returned?

Mars November 24 and 25th

Posted By Jim Phillips

Hello All,
I had a magnificent Thanksgiving with famiuly and friends.
I also was able to use my TEC 200 F/8 for the first time. Seeing,
of course, was poor to fair at best. But, I did manage a few images.
The image from the 25th is best but I will also show an image from
the 24th because it captured the NPH exactly as seen in the eyepiece.

Hello damian,
At first I thought, where is Clavius, then I quickly realized I was Inside Clavius! I am just amazed and am at a loss for words. Unbelieveable. Keep up the wonderful work! Congratulations!!

It is always nice to go out with the CSC predicting Poor seeing all night
long and get a Fair image. Not a great image but at least something.
