I have to admit though that you do create a handsome ensemble for outdoor barbecuing and dining. I like the images and colors of the barbecues that you've previously posted. What I don't like, however, is what your customers do with it once they have it in their backyards. And I'm not talking about them being silly-assed beer boozing MAGA media-meat eating Trumptoids, either. I'm talking about what they do with your hand crafted masterpieces when they ALL change the color of them by re-staining them the same with...A1 steak sauce!!!
In a sense we have passed it on.....We held off raising our per foot price for the cabinets as long as we could and went from $125 to $150 per foot back in January. Instead of going back to $125 per foot we instead just switched to using ALL stainless hardware, screws, hinges, casters etc which is not an inconsiderable cost. Just the screws are 3 times as expensive. Hinges from $1.25 each to over $6 ea. We also started covering the concrete board we put in the wells around grills, griddles and deep fryers with aluminum sheeting so that spills, splatters and splashes can just be just wiped off.....
Most of ours choose to use a clear sealer instead of stain or A1 LOL
