I read it....the implication Russ made was quite clear and i was about to point out the same thing when Rich chimed in. At that point I figured that while explosive (not unusual for Rich) he called the ball already.

The bottom line is Russ's post implied that perhaps this wouldnt have happened if not for the violent rhetoric on the right and hopefully now will stop.

I call horse shit on that same as Rich...... back pedaling isnt going to change that. Poor choice of words or Russ's TDS slipping out?? Either way, the implication is there that this is the fault of the right. The left has been blowing that dog whistle of violence for years now regarding Trump..... How many on the right are comparing Trump to Hitler? Not many lol

I never implied only the right-wing MAGA movement was to blame, only that they play a significant role and will never see their culpability in all of this. I fully realize both sides are not innocent. Still, I also believe a valid argument can be made that it's the right-wing movement that embraces violent political rhetoric the most. In fact I actually had to get up and go outside for a while before responding and was happy to see you had already done so when I returned. I will go a step further and say had I responded when I saw it, my response would have been further "over the top" than yours was.

Ohh I dont find it all that disturbing..... I just find it informative. I long ago started applying a mental filter. When the Hitler comparisons come out then that person no longer has ANYTHING of value for me to hear.
