Who is this guy?

I was playing with my new Nikon D60 this evening and this guy swooped in 5 feet from me attacking a dove that was at my feeder. He retreated to a nearby tree where I got this shot, is this a Cooper's Hawk? Sorry for the picture quality but I'm very much a novice.

Seems to be looking at me thinking....why are you pointing that thing at me? These guys seem to be noisy birds too lots of squawking!

Great picture, I knew they'd eat almost anything but a starfish yuck! By the way if you are still in the area take a short trip north to the Moro Cojo Slough, there is a pretty large group of otters that hang out in the slough and you can easily see them just hanging out.
