Well this one kicked my newbie processing butt. I should have done twice as many 5 minute subs rather than the 10 minute, might have helped control the bright stars and the pretty bright surface area of the the galaxy itself. Live and learn.

...as to what might be causing this? It's a 15 year old SBIG 2000 camera and it does it with all filters, the sensor looks clean.

Single 120s frame.

Looking good Floyd! Glad you were finally able to get out and capture some photons. A good friend of mine from Tyler Tx also uses the TEC 140 with some amazing results also.
