I picked M27 as my first HA image, bright and well placed. Probably only my 5th or so CCD image. Most of my attempts haven't been worthy of posting. This one is OK but there's still plenty of room for improvement, guiding problems all night.

Here are the details:

110 minutes total, 10 minute subs, 13nm Ha filter
AP140 F7.5 EDF prototype
Losmandy G11, (standard)
SBIG ST-8E (parallel port)
CCD Soft for image acquisition
CCD Stack for aligning and stacking
Photoshop for final processing

Let me know what you think,

Hi Robert,
nice image!
Concerning your guiding problems, I know a company located in Rockford selling very good equatorial mounts and scopes. I had the opportunity to meet the guy in charge of the machining department a few months ago. They do impressive job there wink
