The last couple times I've turned on my RG-5 goto mount and selected Jupiter, The mount goes in the opposite direction. I ck,d. Time site and every seems to be set up correctly. Any suggestions? :C :C

I don't have your mount, but I have a CPC-800. I have found that low battery charge will make the computer do stupid things. Also, I had a power cable (non-Celestron) on a home-built battery system that fit just a bit loosely into the power socket and that also caused strange behavior if the plug was even slightly touched.

To add what Fred said ,also ck to make shure it's set to northern hemisphere if that doesn't work do a factory reset, spread the center pin a little with a jewelers screwdriver and see what happens.
