Problems with contacting Burgess Optical?

I have been trying to call them for a week about a couple of EPs. No one seems to have them in stock, but Burgess has stated by Email that they do have them and to just call to order them. I think they went to the Winter Star Party, but should be back by now I would think. I can not get anything but their annoying answering machine. I have left messages but not received any return calls. Anyone know the secret password or method to actually get someone to answer the phone or messages?
I find this very unprofessional.

WSP runs through the rest of this week (Feb 7-12), so I wouldn't expect Bill back until at least this coming weekend if that's where he is.
