As a continuance from an earlier thread relating to this matter, I just came across an ad in the "solar filter" section here on the Mart; a Mr. Tsang is looking for a new front lens for his PST..looks like the same trouble; Rusty-orange build-up on the inside glass lens.. My new question is: Has anyone with this same trouble plaguing their PST experienced any change in performance (detail of the Limb) My PST has a considerable amount of this rust colored build-up..but as of yet I have not been able to descern any appreciable change in sharp detail if Proms and surface detail.. any input on this would help, thank you, John M
