DSCs for Teegul Lapides?

Can a Tak Teegul Lapides be fitted with encoders?
Does anyone know someone who'd install them?
I'd like to use a Sky Commander with it.

Someone advertised a Tak Lapides with encoders not too long ago on AM so I know it can be and has been done. It was the first time I had ever seen it. Apparently JMI makes a kit specifically for this mount.
