Mounting a guide scope

I recently acquired an FCT76 that I want to use for widefield photography. I would like to know what Takahashi mounting accessories would be best for holding the FCT76 and a 50mm guidescope simultaneously on an EM100 mount.
Thanks!

Len,
I set up my FCT-76 using Parallax rings. The guidescope rings are attached directly to the top of them. The setup is very sturdy. Although mine is on a GP mount this should work very well on your Tak mount. The guidescope is 60mm.
