Description
I viewed several groups of these Mergansers in Georgia where they winter in small flocks. Approaching these birds for a close up was problematic but I finally was able to obtain this image. Aperture Priority at f/5.6, 1/125th second; ISO 200, 700mm focal length camera on tripod
