I'm ready to retire this very nice Minolta carry case to a new owner. I have used it quite a bit to transport my trusty C90s over the years on my trips to Seattle and Portland.
This is a strap-style case; so no zippers. The main compartment is held shut by dual click-in ABS strap contacts and then further assisted to stay closed with velcro strips on the side. The inside compartment is basic: (1) side pocket, which can hold a 1.25-inch diagonal or a few eyepieces; maybe a small 8x20 or 8x21 finder setup and then, on the "ceiling" of the top cover, there is an elastic band that can hold some of your 1.25-inch or .965-inch eyepieces. It works very well with the smaller ones.
Usable inside dimensions in inches: 12.0 L x 5.1 W x 6.3 H
This will easily hold any USA-era C90 or Meade 97 Series. The Meade ETX-90 ota will fit in the case, but not on the fork drive base. Also, the newer Celestron C90s and the Orion Apex 90 will fit very nicely.
And yes, it will hold your vintage Meade 107D or 2045S.
It will hold most 70mm binoculars, but not 80mm; they are too long.
Weighs exactly 13 ounces.
Cosmetics on this case and its straps/latches is mint. No stains, rips, loose stitching, and NO chips or cracks to the strap contacts. NO mold or stinks on the inside compartment. Velcro is strong.
All nations welcome to bid.
