This is a 1996 Takahashi front dust cover for the FC-100, FC-100N (Newton Star Seeker), FS-102, and FCT-100. It will highly likely fit the newer FC-100D and their like models, but check the measurement to be sure. It is missing the threaded aluminum center aperture mask cap.

I am unaware if it will work on the TSA-102 as these apochromats came with a true dust cover, which fit over the dew shield itself.

Color-wise, this is a late 2nd era and all 3rd era color schematic. The lime green accent with green felt ran pretty much from 1988-2004.

This is the "Manhole" style dust cover and, so, it actually fits like a cork in a bottle. You may say it is more like a dust "plug".

MEASUREMENTS:

* Actual outer diameter is 147.9mm
* Diameter across without the green felt:  139.4mm
* Diameter across the green felt if it were present:  140.4mm
* Plug depth:  14.7mm
* Aperture mask diameter:  50.3mm

Made of solid milled aluminum
Weighs exactly 9.4 ounces

It is important to know that the manhole aperture mask caps ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE. The one on the FS-152 will not thread to the FS-102. And the FS-102 cannot accept one from the FS-78. This is because the aperture mask itself is based on a % of the diameter of aperture used.

No chips, dents, or scratches to be seen. The inner female threads of the aperture mask are perfect and not stripped. Cosmetic condition of the paint is mint on ALL areas visible on the outside while placed on the dew shield. The inside paint is in great condition with tiny, sporadic contact marks throughout.
