Genuine Takahashi 2× Barlow / extender, product number TBL0002, barrel size 2×BL (31.7). Still in the original Takahashi box with the factory label. Optics look clean.
Built to match Takahashi fluorite apochromats, but it works on any 1.25” focuser. Two-element achromatic doublet, fully multi-coated, with blackened internal threads for contrast. Short body (about 3.5”), so it can sit ahead of a star diagonal for a true 2×, or behind one at a slightly lower factor. Non-marring compression ring, tightened with a knurled collar instead of set screws. Filter threads on the eyepiece end.
Includes the Barlow and the original box. No eyepiece.
