Only selling because I need the money 😥 - I have just come across my Grail telescope, which very rarely becomes available ....
If you do not know the SLC binos, these are very high-luminosity binoculars, designed specifically to provide a clear and detailed view, especially in low-light conditions. So if you are out late or early, or looking in the underbrush, these will give you a noticeably brighter view than standard roof-prism binoculars!
Why? Unlike most binoculars, their optical system utilizes Abbe-König prisms, which have total internal reflection, which means that they transmit more light, have less false color, and more eye relief than standard Schmidt-Pechan prism systems. Naturally, these have flawless optical systems and mechanical construction, waterproof and rubber-armored, and feature an ergonomic design and Swaroclean lens coatings for easy cleaning.
What will you get with the binoculars? Everything in the box - including the box! - as when they are new, including a transferable Swarovski warranty, and some extras that I bought specifically for these: An extra set of rubber objective lens protectors, and a standard-size Swarovski screw-on tripod adapter attachment pin so you don't have to always hold them.
Price for these almost-new binos with the above extras is $1,995.00 including CONUS Priority Mail shipping ... about $600 less than the current online price!
But wait - there's more ... if you are thinking of using them on a tripod, I can combine the binos with a Swarovski TA-SLC Tripod Adapter, also like new in box, (see attached photo) which attaches securely to the binoculars and fits directly into an Arca Swiss compatible tripod mount, for an additional $125.00, which is $55 off the latest online price!
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have!
Sincerely,
Richard Johnson
