Zeiss 7x 42mm B/GA T*P* Center Focus Classic binoculars. This is the proven time-tested Classic Zeiss model that provides superior clarity, contrast, ease of use, and strain-free wide apparent field of view. Complete with all original equipment and papers including blank USA lifetime transferable warranty, instructions, rain guard, strap, pouch, cleaning cloth, and box. Field of view 8.6 degrees (450 feet at 1000 yards). Exit pupil 6mm, height 7.5”, weight 28oz. ”. Rubber covered and rubber roll-down eyecups. Excellent eye relief (eyeglass wearers use eyecups rolled down for full field of view).
Purchased new from Adorama August 2001 for $800 (today the prices that I’ve seen for a new one on the Internet range from $840-$900), hardly used, and never banged or dropped. Serial #2483331. Mint condition with just minor dust and very minor very small marks on rubber covering (rubber coverings mark very easily and dust sticks); glass is clear and scratch free.
