SBIG STL-11000ME CCD for sale
Moving from CCD to CMOS.
Desiccant recharged 2025.
Replaced Power supply and power connector. Extended power cord to 14 feet to power brick. New power supply provides 8 amps at 12 volts, and includes short circuit protection. For cooling, bench temp 22 C, cooled to -10C without frost on CCD and held it ~90% power
Liquid cooling has not been tested for leaks.
No filers included. Filter mounting hardware is included.
CCD linearity check done in April, 2026. Linear from ~10K to 50K. A link to the frames used for linearity request are available upon request. As well as frames for basic CCD testing as described in chapter 6.2 of AIP4WIN (version 1) or chapter 8.2.1 of AIP4WIN version 2. The FITS file header will report a filter, but no filters were installed.
A pdf copy of the SBIG manual is also available upon request.
Ships in a Pelican hard case. Will split UPS shipping and insurance.
