I have a Touptek SkyEye62AM mono camera for sale.
This is the Touptek version of the Sony IMX455 full-frame mono camera, comparable to the ZWO ASI6200MM or QHY600M.
There have been three different versions of this camera. This unit was originally purchased as a 2nd-generation model in February 2024. It was later sent back to Touptek and upgraded to the Gen 3 version in December 2024.
The Gen 3 upgrade included:
- Back focus changed from 17.5mm to 12.5mm
- Internal circuit upgrades such as LED on/off control feature
Everything works great, and I have really enjoyed using this camera. The only reason I am selling it is that running three different imaging rigs has become challenging for me, even with a remote observatory. I have decided to convert one of rigs to a ZWO/ASIAIR-based setup for easier operation.
I accidentally left the original 12V AC power supply at my observatory, which is a 6-hour round trip for me, so I will include a ZWO 12V AC power supply instead.
The camera also comes with a Touptek tilt plate.
