Specs :
The TSFlat3 is a 1.0X flattener, marketted by TS Optics as a "Universal APO flattener and Field Corrector, with the following highlighted characteristics:
- Connection at telescope side: M92x1 thread (male)
- Connection at camera side: M80x1 thread (male) and M48x0.75 camera thread
- Working distance from the male M80x1 thread 116 mm - enough space for filter wheels and off-axis guiders
- The M48 adapter provides a thread for 2" filters (M48x0.75 thread, female)
- Working distance from the M48x0.75 connection thread of the adapter: 55 mm
- Excellent field correction and illumination up to 60 mm diameter
- Multi-coating against reflections and halos around stars
- The focal length of the refractor is not changed (1.0X)
- Suitable for all refractors with large focusers from 2.5" - connection adapters are optionally available
- The corrector needs a backfocus of at least 150 mm from the connection thread
The TSFlat3, as mentioned in the above notes, is “suitable” for all refractors with 2.5” or larger focusers
