I purchased this filter new from Lunt in May 2025 and have not used it. Stored in climate controlled "telescope room" closed box/bagged.
I finally have a Cak imaging scope/mount etc. and have decided to not "see if filter works" since it probably won't with my FL for full disc images.
I am using a 101/F11 and this Blocking Filter will probably not pass a full disc image with such a long focal length. I am hoping to sell this and immediately order a BF1800 Cak!
My understanding is this BF1200 will pass a full disc up to 1080mm
i am not currently with filter so image is a stock filter. Picture of actual filter updated within next day.
