I'm not 100% certain on the model. I got this with my telescope with a FTF3545/3.5″ Starlight focuser ~1 year ago. it's in perfect shape. it is missing one of the tiny set screws.
I changed end caps so I could use an Accessory from Astrophyisics...it's in mint condition.
I'm 99% sure it's this one: EC35-505-3.5CR—End Cap 3.5" with 3.5" Compression Ring opening
The End cap is listed at $210. I dunno what the compression ring is listed for...can't find the listing. I'd guess ~$90
I am happy to sell both for $175 and will include shipping to USA
P.S. if by any random chance you have this exact end cap or locking ring, I'm happy to trade fully or partially. looking to put this on my smaller refractor:
