Greetings. This is for a used/repaired Starlight Instruments feathertouch FTM-CPC8 micro focuser for a celestron 8se with the triangular shape to the back plate where the focuser goes. I believe it works for other models, but this is what I used it for. Check product pages to make sure it fits your scope. There is some marring on the brass connector from installing/ uninstalling with the wrong tools. This was repaired/refurbished directly by starlights main technician(read below). I'm the original owner and have original receipt from agena astro to cover warranty, and the rma paperwork from the repair/ replacement parts.
This unit was damaged by a zwo eaf(i forgot to set the limit and it separated the unit a little bit), and was just recently fully repaired/replaced parts by the main technician at Starlight Instruments OUT of warranty due to the nature of the damage being an outside source. The repair was staggeringly expensive, but it restored it to perfect functionality, and now I'm just getting rid of it to recoup money. It was either pay, or they kept it, because it The amount was Insane considering the $350 retail price tag. I have the rma paperwork from the repair. I Installed it after the repair just to test it, then promptly disassembled and boxed back up. I'm moving to direct connection with the eaf, since the eaf bypassed the 10:1 anyway.
