Van Slyke Omicron with Robofocus Motor
This focuser is a masterpiece of the machinists art. It simply doesn’t work for the telescope configurations that I use regularly, so I am selling the entire package. I used the focuser manually several times and it yields a precise focus with ease at all focal ratios. I didn’t take the parts for mounting the Robofocus motor from their packages because I couldn’t get sufficient range of movement for my system Here’s what’s for sale:
1. Omicron (NGF2) on sale at Van Slyke for $549.00
2. 2 inch draw tube. (DWT2) $49.00
3. STL tube (AMGST) $69.00
4. Robofocus Motor (REM) $99.00
5. Astrophysics Coupler (NR2724) $69
Total Cost New $949.
Total Package $650.00 plus UPS.
The pictures show that all the motor mounting hardware is still in the original packaging. I am the only owner. If you can’t use the AP coupler, Van Slyke stocks couplers for other scopes.
I prefer to sell the package, but will sell the parts separately.
