I bought this new and ran it for a year and a half on my 12" GSO RC - it will fit all GSO-made re-branded RCs (iOptron, TS-Optics, etc), of any mirror size that have an M117 rear cell flange which is what this focuser has on the telescope side. You may be able to find/user other adapters to adapt it to other scopes. On the camera side, it has M92 threads and accepts a variety of devices such as the William Optics 0.8x RC Reducer/Flattener which is what I run on my 12" RC.
There is an optional dust-cap that threads on to cover the focuser knob. I never used it and can't seem to find it so just know it doesn't come with that.
