Included with the 2x DewHeater Controller are two ports that can control two dew heaters at once. This means you can heat your OTA and a secondary accessory like a guide scope or eyepiece.
The DewHeater controller also works as a complete power management solution for your setup. The controller body comes with one 12V DC output port for a variety of different devices, like your mount. The resettable electronic fuses protect your connected devices if the current draw becomes too high.
Compatibility
This Smart DewHeater controller works with the Celestron DewHeater Rings (which include a built-in thermistor for temperature readings of the corrector lens). You can also use this controller with third-party dew heater bands or straps. When using these, it is advised that you use the Celestron Thermistor as well (sold separately).
