This is a complete, first generation Lumicon Sky Vector digital setting circle system. It includes the SV computer, encoders, all of the mounting hardware and brackets, and even the instruction manual. The computer is all metal, built like a tank, and has functioned flawlessly for 30 years.
This is the original, all-metal Sky Vector (same as the Celestron Astro Master) that is a basic DSC system. No fancy object database, no complex set-up, no push button scrolling. Just level the scope, pick out two alignment stars from the database, and your RA & DEC are calibrated and displayed for an evening of push-to viewing. All you need is a basic atlas with objects' coordinates, or simply use the extensive listings in the instructions.
This install kit attaches directly to most Meade fork mounts using adapters that attach to the fork's RA and DEC hubs, and could be easily adapted for a Celestron or other scope of your choice with a little engineering.
