Wanderer Astro “Wanderer Cover” V4 EC 125mm Motorized Cover/Flat Panel

Less than a year old, this is a Wanderer Astro V4 EC motorized cover/flat panel. It makes automating your scope a breeze. Properly installed and set up, it provides just as much of a protective seal as the OEM lens cover. 

it has a built in dew heater to quickly evaporate dew that forms on the open cover over a nights imaging  this can be automated with NINA and SharpCap, etc. it also has an encoder to streamline its movement and know exactly where it is in the event of a power outage or other anomaly. The position can be asjusted to within .1 of a degree. 

it comes with the OEM male-male power cable, OEM USB cable and two heavy duty zip ties. (The zip ties are probably too small  you will probably need to buy some or explore an alternate attachment method like a velcro strap. 

I like the wanderer covers a lot better than the 3D printed DSD and similar flat/covers out there. It's a little better made with nicer looking materials and a good UI. I am selling this one because I bought the 150mm to accommodate my new scope. 

With this you can fully automate a nights imaging to include flats and cover the scope at the end. Often I would have my scope set up for a few days in a row, and instead of having to remove the lens cover in the morning before work, or have to call my wife to remove the cover, I could just access it from my Remote Desktop and carry on.
