Wanted - Pegasus Astro Advance Powerbox - Wanted

I am looking for a Pegasus Astro Advance Powerbox V1 or V2 or equivalent.  Specifically need the 2 dew heaters, 1 variable output (8VDC), 4 - 12VDC outputs, and at least two USB2.0 and a USB power output (3A).  These were a bit over $300 new so somewhere around $200 is what I am looking for.  Located in Michigan and I would expect to pay a reasonable amount for shipping.
