I recently purchased an iEQ45 (great mount!) but I don't need the included ADM dual saddle (Vixen/Losmandy).
They sell new for $109 plus shipping, this one is in really good shape, see pics. There are 4 holes: distance between the outer holes is 4 5/16" and the inner two holes 1 7/16".
