Hello:
With two little kids my ideas for creating a Bartels mount haven't come to fruition so I finally bought a commercial mount. So I'm selling my Bartels PCB (includes focuser / derotator option) complete with handpad, two 6v 1.8 deg / step unipolar motors and a bipolar motor for the focuser, with DB9 connectors already on them. Also included is a DB9 LED tester manual and disk. All you need is a case and power supply and off you go. Due to the nature of this equipment sale is as-is (ie don't expect me to eat it if you attach the power leads backwards
Obviously, some basic clue regarding electronics is recommended.
Mel sells a package like this for about $345. If you don't my price make me an offer, I'd like ot get rid of this soon since I've paid for another mount and my wife will start asking questions when it arrives Thanks for reading!
ALSO: If you need a laptop to run this rig I have an IBM Thinkpad 365XD Pentium 100 8mb RAM 80 meg drive (I think) with all the software already installed. Make me an offer.
