It is Celestron CGEM with CGEM II controller which is the only difference between CGEM & CGEM II models.
It comes as in picture with tripod, counter weight and spreader plate.
I have been using it with Asiair without any issues. It is too heavy for me to move in and out so I started using my Ioptron gem28 which is smaller.
I prefer it to be picked in San Jose bay area or Tracy central valley are in California.
Can ship it too after working out shipping details with potential buyers.
