I am selling this Celestron CGX-L Mount which I bought last April as a temporary mount to hold my Televue NP127is telescope and a Williams Optics GT81 piggyback on top in my observatory in Taos, NM, until my backordered 10Micron HPS1000 arrived. I used it for 2 months before the 10Micron arrived and I swapped the mounts.
See images I took with the NP127is on it at my posting on Astrobin. Search for Jerry Macon and find images posted in June and July.
It has been in its box in my garage since then waiting for me to get around to listing it.
All the original parts are included: mount, 22 pound counterweight, counterweight bar, base to attache to tripod, manual.
Additionally I am including the power supply I used, which is not included when purchased new.
It worked well in my observatory, tracking spectacularly well for a mount with no encoders, and it has not even benefited from the tracking enhancements of PEMPro (Periodic Error Management Professional).
See the image of its tracking with PDH2 Guiding.
I did not take any pictures of it with my scopes mounted, but I have included an image showing the 2 telescopes I had on it after I shifted them from the CGX-L to the new 10Micron.
The mount is rated for 75 pounds of payload and it is very robust.
